REFUND POLICY
CYBERKONCEPT don't make refund for any project a client has made payment for, as this is a digital service and we can’t return any software we’ve already purchased for your project. If a client is unsatisfied with any feature or some requirements are not built as expected, additional time will be created by CYBERKONCEPT to fix the request as long as it is part of the initial requirements in the project development.
And if for any reason a client is unsatisfied with the entire project, CYBERKONCEPT may rebuild from beginning or build another project in substitute to the unsatisfied one. In this case, CYBERKONCEPT have the right to decide if the project will be rebuild or the payment will be used for another project.
Clients should not expect refund for any reason, no matter what the condition may be.
CONTENT LIABILITY
CYBERKONCEPT shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on a client Website. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your Website.
